Larry White and Stella White Over 35 years in Home and Commercial Rental Business. The purpose of the Landlord & Rental is to have a network of Landlord's sharing information in relation to tenants and/or clients. Members will have access to providing information to and receiving information from the Landlord & Rental concerning tenants and others. Landlord Member All Landlord's members will use the same application form for all tenants. (Applications will be furnished in English & Spanish to be copied by Landlord) Applications will be run through Landlord & Rental for screening reports include Credit report & score, bankruptcy search, National & Statewide Criminal search, including sex offenders, social Security Verification, and Address History Verification, and Court ordered Evictions. Landlord members will have a Post entry form to be filled out when tenant moves, or cancels their contract, and sent back to Landlord & Rental for evaluating and rating tenants. This will allow us to keep up with how our Member's previous tenants pay, upkeep property or any trouble they may have had with that tenant.
